Lavish and exquisite place. Reasonably good staff and attention to detail. Very good service, reasonably spacious cosy double room with a king bed as well as breathtaking views. Perfect location on a hill above Gstaad, in the very very nice area...

I was shocked by the delays for my dinner, it seemed like an eternity! Where's the welcome gift for a distinguished guest like me? My friends had better rooms while i got a Classic Room that was just fine, not lovely. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but just couldn't.

I loved the location, the look, the feel and the staff where just wonderful.
The room service menu show offer more variety - the guest tend to be either old or stuck ups! They tend to be annoyed by the presences of children.

an really good stay but meal service could improve
The attention to detail in the room setup was excellent. The spa facilities were great. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were fine, perfect for relaxation. The staff were genuinely good. They always greeted us with warm smiles and were eager to help whenever needed. We enjoyed divine live music during dinner, which enhanced the overall dining experience.
